High vacuum system is adopted to provide higher vacuum during tempering and improve the surface quality of tempered workpiece. Can choose to rush into the nitrogen hydrogen mixture gas, improve the brightness of the workpiece after tempering. Double chamber oil quenching tempering furnace or high pressure gas cooling furnace can be selected to avoid secondary tempering brittleness more effectively.
The low temperature convection heating system can improve the furnace temperature uniformity and heating speed at low temperature. The rapid cooling system can effectively improve the production efficiency.
