Working principle of vacuum gas quenching furnace

Work principles:
Vacuum hot water boiler uses the phase change of heat medium water for heat exchange. The heat released from fuel combustion is absorbed by heat medium water. When the temperature rises to the saturation temperature under a vacuum state, it evaporates into saturation and steam, completing the first phase change process. The condensed water flows into the evaporation chamber to absorb heat and complete the phase transformation cycle. The lower structure of the vacuum hot water boiler is composed of combustion chamber and heat transfer tube bundle; the upper part is a vacuum chamber, in which a U-tube heat exchanger is inserted; the vacuum chamber is connected with an air extraction unit outside the vacuum chamber to maintain a stable vacuum degree, and the non condensable gas in the vacuum chamber is extracted to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the U-type heat exchanger
