When the volume content of the non condensable gas reaches 0.2%, the thermal efficiency will be reduced by 20-30%, the outlet water temperature will not be increased, and the boiler output will be reduced. Therefore, when the vacuum oil quenching furnace is running, the non condensable gas must be pumped out.
