Vacuum furnace is a kind of heating equipment in vacuum environment. The high vacuum pump system is connected with the pipeline in the furnace sealed by the metal cover or quartz glass cover. The furnace vacuum can reach 133 × (10-2 ~ 10-4) H. The heating system in the furnace can be directly electrified by resistance furnace wire (such as tungsten wire) or high-frequency induction heating. The highest temperature is about 3000 ℃. It is mainly used in ceramic firing, vacuum smelting, degassing of electric vacuum parts, annealing, brazing of metal parts, and ceramic metal sealing.
